Jim McDonald is a Business Analyst who has worked at the highest levels of Business Risk assessment for almost three decades, consulting to small, medium and large companies in Australia and Europe.

 

Jim McDonaldJim has worked across industry sectors as diverse as construction, engineering, infrastructure, property, retail (including online portal), distribution, mining, manufacturing, import, export, freight, travel and the financial services sector.

 

His core expertise is in valuation, business & financial due diligence and financial modelling. He has advised on the sale and acquisition of businesses and has undertaken numerous evaluations to assist in investment and divestment decisions.

Jim is a Member of CPA Australia and a Fellow of the Association of International Accountants. He is also a Professional National Accountant (Member of the National Institute of Accountants in Australia) and a Member of the Financial Services Accountants Association.

 

Jim is also a Member of the CPA Forensic Discussion Group and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia "Business Valuation Special Interest Group".
