  • Valuation of Nationwide Retailer with substantial infrastructure, distribution and intangible assets;
  • Acted for Purchaser in Due Diligence of Interstate Waste Contractor with major Intellectual Property, systems and compliance issues. Resulted in Business and IP being acquired by Kuwaiti Interests;
  • Completion of a Profit Improvement Program for Tooling Import and Distributor. The project also involved sourcing new suppliers, updating management information systems, developing a marketing strategy including the updating of the corporate profile;
  • Preparation of Information Memorandum and Financial Sensitivity Analysis template used for equity raising for the commercialization of a new technology;
  • Preparation of a Valuation Report of an online retail portal business used to support a buy/sell insurance policy;
  • Prepared Information Memorandum in liaison with Auditor and Lawyer for additional Public Offering for Internet Technology, which was fully subscribed;
  • Negotiated & Drafted Shareholder Agreement and assisted with preparation of compliance documentation for new Insurance Intermediary;
  • Acted for Liquidator in Insolvency Investigation of large retail chain and preparation of report for litigation purposes;
  • Acted for Pool of Investor, in due diligence investigation on proposed NZ internet franchise business;
  • Advise and Reconciliation of position between Risk Managers, Major Bank and Stakeholders of an Agricultural Investment Scheme;
  • Provided Independent Report on business plan to Chairman of On-line Financier preparing for IPO;
  • The preparation of Information Memorandum and assisted Client in negotiations for sale of Print Media and Advertising Company;
